After some intense words, the author of Hebrews speaks more directly to the recipients of the letter who are believing in Jesus. He calls them “beloved” and speaks of good things that he sees for them. This week, we glean some truths from this short passage that can help concrete us in faith and community.

When read by itself, Hebrews 6:1-3 seems to contradict much of what you’d hear from modern preachers. What could it mean to “leave the elementary doctrine of Christ”? This is part of what we explore in this week’s message as we continue to explore maturity in the faith.
